Seasonal Wellbieng
Four Saturdays to pause, reflect, and align with the seasons
Held at Brown Rock, Tickenham
"I find it soothes my senses, hearing the wind rustle the leaves, or the birds singing, being away from constant traffic noise, seeing what nature is doing, interacting with things like woods, the plants, the landscape. it is an outdoor space that makes me happy and I feel safe being there"
Wild Day Participant

These outdoor sessions invite gentle connection with the land, inner steadiness, and time shared with others—all in tune with the turning year. You're welcome to come to just one session—or to join us for all four. Each day stands on its own—but joining across the seasons may offer a gentle rhythm to accompany your year.
Why Might Join?
In a world that often asks us to be busy, productive, or ‘on’, these sessions offer something different:
-
A gentle space to pause and notice
-
Support for emotional steadiness and reflection
-
Simple, accessible practices to take into daily life
-
Time with others that doesn’t ask more of you than presence
These are the inner resources we’re rarely taught—stillness, spaciousness, ease. They’re often easier to find when held by land and by others, with no need to perform or fix.
Rooted in Practice, Grown in Community
These seasonal gatherings grow out of several years of Wild Days at Brown Rock. Through listening to those who’ve joined us, we’ve come to understand what feels most nourishing.
Some regulars will help hold space—especially during our shared lunchtime—adding to the sense of belonging and continuity. This isn’t just time in nature; it’s a quiet form of community.
Times
Each session runs twice on the same day. You’re free to choose the time that suits you:
-
Morning: 11am–1pm
-
Afternoon: 2pm–4pm
Between sessions, we gather for a communal lunch from 1–2pm—an open invitation to share food and informal connection in good company.
Item Title
Thanks to seed funding from North Somerset Community Grants, we’re able to offer these sessions in an affordable way while exploring how to sustain this work over time.
To support accessibility, we’re trialling a three-tier payment model, inviting participants to pay what they can within a suggested range.
